
Alright guys– I’ve been on the Shaklee 180 program for a month now, and I’m sure you’re curious to know how it’s been going. To be honest, I didn’t lose any weight. I did see a 3 lb drop my first week, but gained it back the second, and so on for the last two weeks of March. I’m pretty much where I started. There may have been an inch or two loss in myรย measurementsรย and I will update that info in the next post.
As far as what went wrong, I don’t believe it was the Shaklee 180 program, but rather the choices I made for dinner — this month included a spring break trip to Miami, my birthday and Easterรย (!!!) –– and generally snacking after dinner. I stuck to Shaklee forรย breakfastรย and lunch pretty religiously. I also didn’t exerciseรย as much as I would have liked. It’s all good though — I’m ready for month two!

I am still very motivated, and I’m confident that I can lose weight with the Shaklee 180 program. It may take a little longer than I expected, but I know I can reach my goal of losing 25 lb over the next 5 months.
