Voyzee App: Easily Create & Share Video Stories From Your Smartphone

If you noticed I don’t post a lot of videos on MommyMusings.com, there’s a reason why — I’m absolutely dreadful at editing. I have a nice HD camcorder, but I don’t use it much since I capture most of my photos and videos on my smartphone. Transferring those files to my computer and then editing them together is more than I have time for — at least right now. That’s why I’m super excited with a new app I came across called Voyzee.

Voyzee is amazing because it lets you create and share unique video stories from your smart phone. Available on both iTunes and Google Play, Voyzee is completely free and extremely easy to use. Just take a look at this video I made with photos I had on my iPhone from our summer cruise vacation in Europe—

And guess what!? That story took only a few minutes to put together! Each Voyzee story can accommodate up to 30 images or video clips. I chose to showcase my photos in a slideshow set to music with captions, but you can also record voice-over narration on individuals clips. It’s incredible what this free app can do!

Voyzee App Features

• Upload or capture photos and video clips (up to 30 images or clips) and turn them into one sharable video story

• Add captions and choose filters, set transitions, remove background audio from videos and select a soundtrack (pick songs from your device’s mp3 collection or from the Voyzee library)

• Unique to the app is a narration feature that lets you tell your story in your own voice. You can even record over individuals clips making it easy to go back and fix any mistakes along the way

• Once your Voyzee video has been created you can download the file and share it anywhere you like (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, Email, SMS) or with friends on Voyzee’s own social network.

I realize that this isn’t the answer to all of my video editing needs, but for sharing quick video clips and photos to my social media channels (which is all I really want to do anyway!), Voyzee is a powerful tool — you can expect to see more great Voyzee stories from me in 2014!
