Mickey Christmas Fudge
Tips to Make Christmas Fudge
- Stir your fudge mixture a lot. You want the chocolate to melt evenly and combine fully with your sweetened condensed milk and butter. If you want a smooth, creamy fudge, not chunky, this is absolutely critical. Also, if you don't work those ingredients together fully, you'll end up with crumbly fudge that doesn't make good squares.
- When you're adding the treats on top of your fudge, drop them gently, then press them in lightly so that they don't fall off. You want to find a balance between having all the yumminess pressed down into the fudge vs. having them sit on top loosely. That sweet spot is so important.
