As long as I’ve known my husband he’s used a traditional razor. For years I’ve tried to get him to try out an electric shaver since he likes to change up his facial hair from a goatee to a full beard. I thought an electric shaver would give him a cleaner shave with less nicks … plus I’m sick of buying expensive razor blades every other week! He finally gave in to my requests when I offered him the chance to review the new Norelco SensoTouch 3D from Philips.

Iรขโฌโขm not going to lie to you, I hate electric razors! Iรขโฌโขve never liked them or the way they left my face feeling– dry, tender and resembling a piece of raw meat. Needless to say I was a little skeptical when my wife presented me with the Philipsรย Norelco SensoTouch 3D Shaver.
The SensoTouch3D was a pleasant surprise. This razor has some really great features that will appeal to every man. What had me rethinking my stance on the whole รขโฌลelectricรขโฌย thing was that this razor also works with shaving cream and hot water. This allows me to shave traditionally (dry), or the way I usually prefer (wet).
The 3 rotating heads glide and adjust to every curve of my face. The unit is lightweight, looks cool, and is easy to operate and clean. The precision trimmer is great for quick touch-ups on mustaches, beards, and sideburns. Features that make this shaver stand out among others include the digital display with the amount of time left until the next charge, an easy to grip handle, and the ability to shave wet or dry.
Keeping a neat, trimmed beard can be cumbersome at times, but with the Norelco SensoTouch 3D, I’m able to really attend to every aspect of my facial hair. Even my wife noticed how smooth my face was … which was an added bonus! I may just be converted from a blade razor.
