Crescent Roll Pizza - Need a quick & easy appetizer, lunch or after school snack? Try this easy pepperoni Pizza Dippers recipe, AKA Crescent Roll Pizza made with flaky crescent rolls!
I can't count the number of times my daughter has come home from school, complaining that she's hungry. I can't blame her because her lunchtime is in the late morning— once school is out hours have passed since her last meal. We always have fruit and munchies on hand to subdue her cravings, but that doesn't always cut it. A warm snack always does the trick to hold her over until dinner.
Pizza Dippers
One of her favorite after school snacks is Pepperoni Pizza Dippers, also known as Crescent Roll Pizza. She loves that she can put them together herself and then I just pop them in the oven to bake.
Crescent rolls are the secret to instant pizza dough, as well as halved mozzarella cheese sticks, which makes the un-cooked crescent easy to wrap around. We like to stuff our crescent roll pizza with pepperoni, but any pizza topping could be used, even cheese alone works well.
Once baked, dip crescent roll pizzas in your favorite marinara or pizza sauce for the ultimate pizza flavor.
From start to finish, these pizza dippers only take 20 minutes, making them an easy appetizer or snack when you're short on time—they're also a hit on game day!

In addition to pepperoni, you can stuff your pizza dippers with a variety of ingredients, including sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, ham, and pineapple.
Feel free to get creative, too! Sometimes I make pizza dippers with feta cheese, spinach and olives (along with mozzarella cheese so it's extra melty)— pizza dippers fillings list is practically endless!
