Gluten Free Pumpkin Donuts are baked instead of fried and have all the scrumptious flavors of fall and pumpkin spice. Make a double batch to get your pumpkin fix!

Gluten Free Pumpkin Donuts

Before I even get into this yummy recipe for Pumpkin Spice Donuts… do you spell it donuts or doughnuts? I’ve never really received a solid answer on that as it’s regularly spelled each way. I guess it really doesn’t matter how it’s written because either way, DONUTS ARE DELICIOUS!

This fall-inspired baked pumpkin donuts recipe is one of my new favorites because it’s practically guilt-free (or as close as you can get for baked goods!).

These babies are easily baked in the oven and are made with gluten-free, whole ingredients, and have all the flavors of the autumn season— there’s cinnamon, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and a whole lot of everything nice!

This recipe yields 12 gluten free donuts, but I’d suggest making a double batch and freezing the extras to have them on hand for an easy breakfast or dessert. These pumpkin spice donuts are absolutely delightful with a cup of coffee!

Homemade baked donuts can be frozen for up to 2 months. Simply place freshly baked donuts in freezer containers (skip the topping step!). When ready to eat, remove the desired number of donuts and microwave for 1-2 minutes. You can then add the cinnamon-sugar topping if you wish.
