This Mini Muffin Tin Apple Pie Bites recipe screams fall yumminess with the sweet taste of apples, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bite-size dessert.
I don't know why I associate apples with fall when they're readily available all year, but as soon as autumn hits, I get a craving for all things apple dessert! Apple pie is the clear go-to, but making an entire pie can be really time-consuming when I really want only a couple of bites. Enter Mini Muffin Tin Apple Pie Bites.
These mini apple pies are easily made in a mini muffin tin with a few simple ingredients — though you could make them in a full-sized muffin tin if you wanted larger apple pies!
Because of their small size, you don't have to feel guilty about indulging in the apple-goodness. For the ultimate sweet treat, serve a la mode style with a petite scoop of vanilla ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon!

What do you do with the 4T softened butter?
Stefanie Fauquet
That was an error on my part— the butter has been removed from this recipe! I made another recipe for mini apple dumplings a while back that uses butter on the crescents. https://www.mommymusings.com/mini-apple-dumplings-recipe/
